At HandyCraft & Handmade Jewellery, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Since our products are crafted individually, slight variations are natural and add to their uniqueness. You may request a return or exchange within 1 day of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Only exchange or store credit will be provided – no refunds are issued. Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable & non-exchangeable. We do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased. In case of any issue, we will be happy to exchange the item or provide store credit for future purchases.
